Policy 1 of 9

Code of Academic Ethics

This Code binds every member of the University community: students, graduates, faculty, board reviewers, staff, and Approved Provider institutions. Acceptance of admission, appointment, or accreditation constitutes acceptance of this Code.

1.1 Honesty in study and practice

Members present only their own work for assessment, represent their credentials accurately and completely, and never claim a scope of practice their credential does not confer. Post-nominal letters and titles are used exactly as issued.

1.2 Duty of care to clients

Graduates practice within coaching scope, alongside — never in place of — licensed medical care. They refer promptly when a client's needs exceed their scope, keep client information confidential, and never guarantee health outcomes.

1.3 Integrity in advertising

Members and Approved Providers describe University credentials truthfully: no claims of medical licensure, academic degrees, or outcomes that cannot be substantiated. The University crest and seal are used only under active license and current standing.

Policy 2 of 9

Academic Integrity & Examination Policy

2.1 The open-book principle

University examinations are open-book by design: they assess whether a candidate can apply course material to realistic cases, not whether she can recall it under pressure. Consulting course materials and personal notes during an examination is permitted and expected.

2.2 Retakes

A candidate may sit each examination up to three times per term, at no fee, with at least 24 hours between sittings. A retake replaces the prior score; the Register records only the passing result. There is no penalty, notation, or stigma attached to retakes.

Policy 3 of 9

Credential Revocation & Appeals

3.1 Grounds for revocation

A conferred credential may be revoked only for examination fraud or grave ethical violation. Non-payment of optional memberships is never grounds for revocation — earned credentials are held for life.

Policy 4 of 9

Refund Policy

4.1 14-day money-back guarantee

Every tuition payment is covered by our published 14-day refund guarantee from the date of enrollment. A full refund is issued upon request without questions or forms, and the student retains all downloaded resources.

Policy 5 of 9

Privacy & Student Records

Academic records, assessment attempts, and transcript data are maintained under strict confidentiality standards. Only conferred credentials and register status are published in the public registry.

Policy 6 of 9

Grievance & Complaints Procedure

Formal complaints regarding grading, faculty review, or student services are submitted directly to the Office of the Registrar and responded to with a formal docket within 14 calendar days.

Policy 7 of 9

Accessibility Statement

We are committed to full digital accessibility under WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across all video captions, downloadable transcripts, and high-contrast classroom interfaces.

Policy 8 of 9

Enrollment, Subscription & Billing Terms

Tuition is charged in USD. All-Access memberships may be paused or cancelled at any time from the Student Campus Portal with zero penalties or cancellation fees.

Policy 9 of 9

Acceptable Use & Protection of the University

University assets, course recordings, and proprietary clinical matrices are licensed solely for the personal practice and education of the enrolled candidate.
