Complaint & Appeals Procedure
AccrediPro University is committed to fair, transparent, and timely resolution of complaints and appeals. This procedure ensures every voice is heard through a structured, impartial process.
Who May File
Any current student, graduate, credential holder, or member of the public with a legitimate interest may file a complaint or appeal. Faculty and staff may also use this procedure for academic-related disputes.
Filing a Complaint or Appeal

Academic Appeals
Challenge academic decisions related to your coursework, assessments, or program requirements.

Conduct Appeals
Appeal disciplinary decisions issued under the Code of Ethics or institutional conduct policies.

Step-by-Step Procedure
Every complaint and appeal follows a structured review process with defined timelines at each stage.
Submit Complaint or Appeal
Submit within 30 calendar days of the original decisionComplete the formal complaint/appeal form and submit it to the Office of Student Affairs with all supporting documentation. Clearly state the decision being challenged and the grounds for your appeal.

5 business daysThe Office of Student Affairs reviews your submission for completeness, eligibility, and categorization. You will receive written acknowledgment of receipt and a case reference number.
Responsible: Office of Student AffairsFormal Hearing (if warranted)
15 business days from initial reviewIf the initial review determines grounds for a formal hearing, the Academic Council convenes a panel to review all evidence, hear testimony from relevant parties, and deliberate on the matter.
Responsible: Academic CouncilPanel Decision & Notification
10 business days from hearingThe panel renders a written decision with detailed reasoning and any applicable remedies or corrective actions. Both parties receive the decision simultaneously.
Responsible: Academic CouncilFinal Appeal (if applicable)
15 business days — final and bindingIf unsatisfied with the Academic Council's decision, a final appeal may be submitted to the Office of the President. This decision is binding and concludes the appeals process.

Grounds for Appeal

- 4Bias, conflict of interest, or prejudice in the original process
- 5Disproportionate sanction relative to the infraction
- 6Factual error in the findings underlying the decision
Appellant Rights
- Right to a fair, impartial, and timely review of the appeal
- Right to submit supporting evidence and documentation
- Right to written reasons for all decisions at each stage
- Right to representation or support by an advisor of choice
- Right to confidentiality throughout the appeals process
- Right to be free from retaliation for filing an appeal in good faith
