Notice from the Office of the Registrar
All sales are final.
Due to the immediate-access nature of our digital certification programmes, all purchases are final and non-refundable once access credentials are delivered. This applies to all programme tiers, including full-price, scholarship, and discounted enrollments. Scholarship enrollments are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, with no exceptions. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read this policy in its entirety and agree to these terms.
1. Policy Overview
AccrediPro University ("APU," "we," "our," or "us") provides professional certification and educational programmes delivered entirely through digital means. This Refund Policy governs all purchases of digital products and services from APU.
All sales of digital products are final. Once payment is successfully processed and access credentials are delivered to your registered email address, your purchase is complete and non-refundable. This policy applies to all programmes without exception, including scholarship and discounted enrollments. Scholarship enrollments are strictly non-refundable; initiating a refund request may result in liability for the full undiscounted programme tuition.
By completing a purchase on our platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you irrevocably waive any right to request a refund for any reason after receiving access to course materials. All sales are final. No refund window, cooling-off period, or grace period of any kind exists for any programme category.
2. Nature of Digital Products
All APU educational products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access upon purchase. Unlike physical goods, digital products:
- Cannot be "returned" once accessed, as the content has been consumed
- Are immediately available in their entirety upon enrollment
- Contain proprietary intellectual property and trade secrets
- Represent significant investment in curriculum development and expert knowledge
- Provide lifetime access that cannot be reclaimed after delivery
3. All Sales Are Final — No Refund Windows
AccrediPro University does not offer refund windows of any kind for any programme category. The following programme types are all subject to the same absolute no-refund policy:
No refund window — all programmes
- AFC (Accelerated Foundation Credential) programmes — all sales final
- Mini-Diploma programmes — all sales final
- Professional Practitioner Diploma programmes — all sales final
- Advanced Practitioner Diploma programmes — all sales final
- Master Practitioner Diploma programmes — all sales final
- Fellow Practice Diploma programmes — all sales final
- Bundled and multi-programme packages — all sales final
- Supplementary materials, toolkits, and add-ons — all sales final
- Scholarship and financially assisted enrollments (see Section 4A) — all sales final
This policy is consistent with industry standards for digital education and certification products. The transmission of access credentials constitutes full and complete delivery of the purchased programme. No refund, credit, exchange, or transfer shall be issued under any circumstances.
4. Circumstances That Do Not Qualify for Refund
The following circumstances do not entitle you to any refund, credit, or exchange under any circumstances:
- "I changed my mind" or buyer's remorse after purchase
- "I don't have time" to complete the course or programme
- "The course wasn't what I expected" (without completing the material)
- "I found similar information elsewhere" or already knew the content
- "My financial situation has changed" after purchase
- "My spouse/partner/family doesn't support my decision"
- "I decided to pursue a different career path"
- "The programme is too difficult" or doesn't match my learning style
- Technical issues on your end (internet connection, device compatibility, etc.)
- Failure to access the course within any time period
- Forgetting about the programme or life circumstances preventing study
- Dissatisfaction without making genuine effort to complete the programme
- All scholarship and discounted enrollments — see Section 4A below
4A. Scholarship & Financially Assisted Enrollments — Strictly Non-Refundable
Scholarship enrollments are non-refundable under all circumstances — no exceptions
Students who enroll through the Pay-What-You-Can (PWYC) Scholarship Programme, institutional merit scholarships, promotional awards, or any other discounted or subsidized arrangement acknowledge and irrevocably agree to the following:
4A.1 — Final Sale
All scholarship and financially assisted enrollments are final, absolute, and non-refundable. No cooling-off period, no grace period, no exception applies. This finality takes effect at the moment the enrollment is confirmed and access credentials are transmitted.
4A.2 — No Refund, No Credit, No Transfer
Scholarship pricing represents the student's reduced contribution toward the full programme cost. AccrediPro University absorbs the balance as an institutional investment in the student's education. No refund, credit note, programme transfer, or deferral shall be issued for any scholarship enrollment under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal emergency, financial hardship, or dissatisfaction with programme content.
4A.3 — Student Acknowledgment
By accepting a scholarship enrollment, the student expressly acknowledges: (i) the scholarship constitutes an institutional grant of significant monetary value; (ii) no refund guarantee of any kind applies to scholarship or discounted enrollments; (iii) any refund request, regardless of basis, is contractually waived at the time of enrollment confirmation.
4A.4 — Chargeback Consequences
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback on a scholarship enrollment constitutes an act of financial fraud against the institution. AccrediPro University will: (i) immediately terminate all account access and revoke all credentials issued; (ii) contest the chargeback in full and present all evidence of enrollment, delivery, and institutional investment; (iii) pursue recovery of the full undiscounted programme tuition representing the total institutional investment made on the student's behalf; (iv) permanently ban the student from all current and future AccrediPro University programmes; and (v) report the incident to applicable fraud prevention and educational institution registries.
4A.5 — Policy Alignment
This section operates in conjunction with Article IV-A of the AccrediPro University Terms of Service and is incorporated therein by reference. In the event of conflict, the more restrictive provision shall govern.
Rationale: When AccrediPro University awards a scholarship, the University absorbs the difference between the student's contribution and the full programme cost as a direct institutional investment. The University has committed institutional funds equal to the difference between the full programme tuition and the scholarship-adjusted tuition paid by the student. These institutional funds are irrevocably committed upon enrollment and cannot be recovered. Refund requests on scholarship enrollments materially undermine this investment and are therefore irrevocably waived at the time of enrollment confirmation.
Scholarship award notice
- Scholarship values may vary based on available seats, cohort capacity, institutional funding allocation, and academic period. Scholarship awards are not guaranteed to be available at any given time.
- Scholarship pricing is subject to change without prior notice. The scholarship amount awarded at the time of enrollment applies to that enrollment only and does not establish any precedent for future awards.
- For questions regarding scholarship eligibility, award amounts, or institutional funding, contact the Dean's Office of Financial Aid at finance@accrediprouniversity.com.
5. Payment Plan Obligations
If you enrolled using a payment plan, you are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments regardless of:
- Whether you complete the programme
- Whether you access the course materials
- Whether you pass or fail any assessment or examination
- Any change in your personal, financial, or professional circumstances
- Your satisfaction with the programme
Payment plan default consequences
- Immediate suspension of course access
- Full remaining balance becomes immediately due
- Late fees and collection costs may be added
- Account may be referred to a collections agency
- Reporting to credit bureaus may occur
6. Certificate Issuance & Permanent Extinguishment of Refund Rights
AccrediPro University's platform automatically generates and issues digital certificates, credentials, and diplomas upon completion of any module, course, or programme. Upon generation, the credential is permanently recorded in the AccrediPro University registry. Once any certificate, credential, diploma, or digital badge has been generated — regardless of whether the student has downloaded, claimed, or acknowledged it — all refund rights are permanently and irrevocably extinguished. Additionally, completion of any portion of a programme, including accessing any lesson or submitting any assessment, independently extinguishes any right to a full or partial refund.
6B. Fraudulent Disputes & Immediate Legal Action
Bad-faith chargebacks constitute federal fraud — legal action is immediate
By completing a purchase, the student irrevocably acknowledges that initiating any fraudulent, bad-faith, or unauthorized payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal after receiving access to course materials constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may constitute criminal fraud under applicable federal and state law, including:
- Wire Fraud — 18 U.S.C. § 1343: Using electronic communications to obtain money by false pretenses. Each fraudulent communication constitutes a separate federal felony punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment.
- Computer Fraud and Abuse Act — 18 U.S.C. § 1030: Unauthorized or fraudulent interference with computer systems used in interstate commerce, including digital learning management systems.
- Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act — Fla. Stat. § 501.204: Unfair or deceptive acts or practices in commerce, including fraudulent reversal of legitimate digital transactions, providing for actual damages, attorney's fees, and injunctive relief.
- Florida Civil Theft Statute — Fla. Stat. § 772.11: Civil cause of action permitting recovery of treble damages (three times actual damages) plus attorney's fees and court costs.
Upon detection of any fraudulent dispute, AccrediPro University will immediately:
- Immediately and permanently terminate all account access with no right of reinstatement
- Permanently revoke all certificates, credentials, and diplomas, with removal from the public verification registry
- Vigorously contest the chargeback with all enrollment records, delivery confirmation, IP logs, and content consumption analytics
- Pursue recovery of the full undiscounted programme tuition as liquidated damages, plus all processor fees, chargeback fees, and collection costs
- Recover all attorney's fees and legal costs pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 501.2105 and applicable contract law
- Report the incident to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
- Report to credit bureaus and fraud prevention databases used by educational institutions and financial service providers
- Refer the matter to federal and state law enforcement for investigation under 18 U.S.C. § 1343, 18 U.S.C. § 1030, and applicable state fraud statutes
- Permanently ban the student from all current and future AccrediPro University programmes
- Initiate civil action in the courts of Florida for breach of contract, fraud, unjust enrichment, and all other available causes of action
Note: This section is not a threat — it is a binding contractual obligation entered into at the moment of purchase. AccrediPro University maintains comprehensive, timestamped records of every enrollment, delivery confirmation, login event, content access event, and acceptance of terms at checkout. These records constitute prima facie evidence of delivery in any legal, arbitral, or administrative proceeding. The student's consent to jurisdiction in the State of Florida is a material term of this Agreement.
7. Technical Issues
Technical difficulties are not grounds for a refund. If you experience a platform-side technical issue, contact our support team at registrar@accrediprouniversity.com with specific details (error messages, screenshots, browser and device information). Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours and work to resolve any platform-side issue promptly.
Note: Issues caused by your internet connection, device, browser, firewall settings, or other factors outside our control are your responsibility to resolve and do not constitute grounds for refund consideration.
8. Programme Cancellations by APU
In the rare event that AccrediPro University cancels a programme before you have completed it:
- You will be offered enrollment in an equivalent programme at no additional cost
- If no equivalent programme is available, a prorated institutional credit will be issued for the unused portion of the programme
- Credits may be applied to any other APU programme within twelve (12) months
- Cash refunds are issued at APU's sole discretion and are not guaranteed
