Article III: Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing and Currency
All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price at the time of your purchase shall apply to your transaction.
3.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors (including Stripe and PayPal). All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
3.3 Payment Plans
Where payment plans are offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to complete payment plan obligations may result in suspension of access.
Article IV: Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the immediate-access nature of our digital certification programs, all purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE once access credentials are delivered. This includes all certification programs, specializations, bundles, and scholarship-based enrollments. For complete details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
4.1 All Sales Final — Absolute and Unconditional
All purchases of AccrediPro University programs are final, absolute, and non-refundable. No refund window, cooling-off period, or grace period of any kind exists for any program category. Once payment is successfully processed and access credentials are delivered, the sale is complete and irrevocable. This policy applies without exception to all programs, including AFC Foundation credentials, Mini-Diploma programs, Professional Practitioner Diplomas, Advanced Practitioner Diplomas, Master Practitioner Diplomas, Fellow Practice Diplomas, bundled packages, supplementary materials, and scholarship-based enrollments.
4.2 Certificate Issuance & Permanent Extinguishment of Refund Rights
AccrediPro University's platform automatically generates and issues digital certificates, credentials, and diplomas upon completion of any module, course, or program. Upon generation, the credential is permanently recorded in the AccrediPro University registry and made publicly verifiable. Once any certificate, credential, diploma, or digital badge has been generated — regardless of whether the Student has downloaded, claimed, or acknowledged it — all refund rights are permanently and irrevocably extinguished. Additionally, completion of any portion of a program, including accessing any lesson, submitting any quiz, or completing any module, independently extinguishes any right to a full or partial refund, as it constitutes receipt of educational services that cannot be returned.
4.3 Scholarship Enrollments — Strictly Non-Refundable
Students who enroll through the Pay-What-You-Can (PWYC) Scholarship Program or any other scholarship, financial aid, or discounted arrangement acknowledge that their enrollment is final, absolute, and non-refundable under all circumstances without exception. Scholarship pricing represents the student's reduced contribution toward the full program cost, with AccrediPro University absorbing the balance as an institutional investment. Any refund request on a scholarship enrollment constitutes a contractual breach and may result in the student being held liable for the full undiscounted program tuition. See Article IV-A for complete terms.
4.4 Immediate Access Acknowledgment
You acknowledge that educational programs are delivered immediately upon purchase and that you will have full access to all course materials upon enrollment. By completing your purchase, you irrevocably waive any right to a "cooling-off" period or refund of any kind. All sales are final upon transmission of access credentials to your registered email address. For complete details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
Article IV-A: Scholarship & Financial Aid Terms
Scholarship Enrollments Are Non-Refundable Under All Circumstances — No Exceptions
Students who enroll through any scholarship, financial aid, or discounted arrangement acknowledge and irrevocably agree to the terms set forth in this Article. These provisions are non-negotiable and operate independently of any other refund policy or guarantee offered by AccrediPro University.
4A.1 — Final Sale
All scholarship and financially assisted enrollments are final, absolute, and non-refundable. No cooling-off period, no grace period, and no exception applies to any scholarship, Pay-What-You-Can (PWYC), merit award, promotional discount, or institutional subsidy enrollment. This finality takes effect at the moment the enrollment is confirmed and access credentials are transmitted to the student's registered email address.
4A.2 — No Refund, No Credit, No Transfer
Scholarship pricing represents the student's reduced contribution toward the full program cost. AccrediPro University absorbs the balance as an institutional investment in the student's professional development. No refund, credit note, program transfer, enrollment deferral, or any form of financial accommodation shall be issued for any scholarship enrollment under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal emergency, financial hardship, or dissatisfaction with program content. No refund guarantee of any kind, including any conditional certification guarantee otherwise available for full-price enrollments, applies to scholarship or discounted enrollments.
4A.3 — Student Acknowledgment
By accepting a scholarship enrollment, the student expressly acknowledges and agrees that: (i) the scholarship constitutes an institutional grant of significant monetary value representing the University's good-faith investment in the student's education; (ii) no refund guarantee of any kind applies to this enrollment; (iii) any right to request a refund, of whatever nature or basis, is irrevocably waived at the moment of enrollment confirmation; and (iv) this waiver is a material inducement for AccrediPro University to award the scholarship and shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
4A.4 — Chargeback Consequences
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with any financial institution on a scholarship enrollment constitutes an act of financial fraud against AccrediPro University. Upon detection of any such dispute, the University will: (i) immediately terminate all account access and permanently revoke all credentials, certificates, and diplomas issued; (ii) contest the chargeback in full and submit all available evidence of enrollment, delivery, content access, and institutional investment; (iii) pursue recovery of the full undiscounted program tuition representing the total institutional investment made on the student's behalf, plus all fees, costs, and legal expenses; (iv) permanently ban the student from all current and future AccrediPro University programs and services; and (v) report the incident to applicable fraud prevention databases and educational institution registries. The University vigorously contests all chargebacks and maintains detailed, timestamped records of enrollment, delivery, access history, and contractual acceptance.
Scholarship Award Notice
- Scholarship values may vary based on available seats, cohort capacity, institutional funding allocation, and academic period. Scholarship awards are not guaranteed to be available at any given time.
- Scholarship pricing is subject to change without prior notice. The scholarship amount awarded at the time of enrollment applies to that enrollment only and does not establish any precedent for future awards.

Article V: Student Support and Formal Inquiries
5.1 Commitment to Student Success
AccrediPro University is committed to providing a high-quality educational experience. If you encounter any issue with your program, platform access, or account, we encourage you to contact our student support team at campus.accrediprouniversity.com/help so we can assist you promptly. Student support inquiries are not refund requests, and contacting support does not initiate any refund process.
5.2 No Refund Process
All sales are final. AccrediPro University does not process refund requests, credits, or exchanges for any program purchase under any circumstances. There is no refund request form, refund window, or refund review process. Any communication purporting to request a refund will be acknowledged in writing with reference to this Agreement and the Refund Policy.
5.3 Technical and Platform Inquiries
For platform access issues, content errors, or technical difficulties attributable to AccrediPro University's systems, please contact registrar@accrediprouniversity.com with your full name, order number, and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours. Technical issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.
Article VI: Payment Disputes, Chargebacks & Enforcement
6.1 Pre-Dispute Contact Requirement
Before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback through your financial institution, you agree to first contact AccrediPro University at registrar@accrediprouniversity.com and allow up to five (5) business days for our team to investigate and respond. Billing concerns that fall within this Agreement can be resolved only through direct communication — not through payment processor disputes. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting AccrediPro University is a material breach of this Agreement.
6.2 Fraudulent and Bad-Faith Disputes — Federal and State Violations
Initiating a fraudulent, bad-faith, or unauthorized payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal after receiving access to course materials constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may constitute criminal fraud under applicable federal and state law. Without limitation, such conduct may violate:
- Wire Fraud — 18 U.S.C. § 1343: Using electronic communications to obtain money or property by false pretenses. Each fraudulent communication constitutes a separate federal felony punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment.
- Computer Fraud and Abuse Act — 18 U.S.C. § 1030: Unauthorized or fraudulent interference with computer systems used in interstate commerce, including digital learning management systems.
- Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act — Fla. Stat. § 501.204: Unfair or deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of commerce, providing for actual damages, attorney's fees pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 501.2105, and injunctive relief.
- Florida Civil Theft Statute — Fla. Stat. § 772.11: Civil cause of action for theft, permitting recovery of treble damages (three times actual damages) plus attorney's fees and court costs.
6.3 Immediate Enforcement Remedies
Upon detection of any fraudulent, bad-faith, or unauthorized dispute, AccrediPro University will immediately and without further notice pursue all available legal remedies, including without limitation:
- Immediate and permanent termination of all account access, with no right of reinstatement
- Permanent revocation of all certificates, credentials, diplomas, and digital badges issued, with removal from the public verification registry
- Vigorous contestation of the chargeback, including submission of all enrollment records, delivery confirmation, IP access logs, content consumption analytics, and documentation of contractual acceptance
- Recovery of the full undiscounted program tuition as liquidated damages, plus all payment processor fees, chargeback fees, and costs of collection
- Recovery of all attorney's fees and legal costs pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 501.2105 and applicable contract law
- Reporting to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and applicable state consumer protection agencies
- Reporting to credit bureaus and fraud prevention databases used by educational institutions and financial service providers
- Referral to federal and state law enforcement for investigation under 18 U.S.C. § 1343, 18 U.S.C. § 1030, and applicable state fraud statutes
- Permanent ban from all current and future AccrediPro University programs and services
- Civil action in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida for breach of contract, fraud, unjust enrichment, and all other available causes of action
6.4 Evidentiary Standard
This Article is not a threat — it is a binding contractual obligation entered into by the Student at the moment of purchase. AccrediPro University maintains comprehensive, timestamped records of every enrollment, delivery confirmation, login event, content access event, and acceptance of terms at checkout. These records constitute prima facie evidence of delivery and the Student's receipt of the purchased educational services in any legal, arbitral, or administrative proceeding.
