Terms of Service & Enrollment Contract

MANDATORY ACADEMIC CONTRACT & ENROLLMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
PLEASE READ THIS INSTITUTIONAL CONTRACT CAREFULLY BEFORE ENROLLING IN ANY ACADEMIC COLLEGE OR APPLYING FOR BOARD CERTIFICATION.
This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Student", "Practitioner", or "User") and AccrediPro University ("University"). By enrolling in any course, subscribing to an academic pass, accessing the student campus, or applying for board accreditation, you explicitly agree to be bound by all terms, academic statutes, code of conduct requirements, intellectual property mandates, and binding arbitration clauses contained herein.
ARTICLE I: INSTITUTIONAL MANDATE & NON-DEGREE DISCLOSURE
1.1. AccrediPro University operates as an independent international professional-education institution providing specialized clinical, functional health, and integrative coaching credentials.
1.2. Our academic colleges and syllabus modules carry professional certifications through nine recognized bodies (CMA, IPHM, CPD, IAOTH, ICAHP, IGCT, CTAA, IHTCP, IIOHT).
1.3. AccrediPro University is not a US degree-granting university under regional accreditation (e.g., MSCHE, SACSCOC). Diplomas and certificates issued represent professional board credentials, post-nominal designations (RP, FAPU), and continuing education units (CEU) verified in our Public Registry.
ARTICLE II: DIGITAL CONTRACT EXECUTION & UCC § 2-206
2.1. Completion of transaction at checkout constitutes execution of a digital service contract under US Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) § 2-206. Instant access to campus portals, downloadable legal suites, and board registry verification is provisioned immediately upon purchase confirmation via campus.accrediprouniversity.com.
2.2. Access to or download of any portion of University syllabi, legal intake templates, examination modules, or dynamic web badges constitutes full performance of the contract by the University.
ARTICLE III: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT PROTECTION
3.1. All curriculum syllabi, examination questions, video masterclasses, legal intake templates, and board seals remain the exclusive intellectual property of AccrediPro University.
3.2. Enrolled practitioners receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use credentials and legal intake templates for private practice. Unauthorized resale, public distribution, or piracy will be prosecuted under federal copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.).
ARTICLE IV: ACADEMIC CODE OF CONDUCT, ANTI-HARASSMENT & ANTI-EXTORTION RULES
4.1. Zero-Tolerance Conduct Requirement: AccrediPro University enforces a strict Zero-Tolerance Code of Conduct. All enrolled students and credential applicants must maintain professional demeanor in all interactions with University faculty, enrollment advisors, registrar personnel, and fellow practitioners.
4.2. Prohibition of Extortive Chargeback & Review Threats: The University strictly prohibits any student or applicant from threatening fraudulent chargebacks, bad-faith payment disputes, or extortionate negative reviews (e.g. Trustpilot, Google, social media) as leverage to extort unearned refunds, bypass certified medical exemption protocols, or violate institutional policies.
4.3. Sanctions for Violation: Any student or practitioner who engages in verbal abuse, harassment, intimidation, defamation, or extortionate dispute threats shall face immediate administrative sanctions:
- Immediate revocation of all board credentials, post-nominal titles (RP, FAPU), and certificates.
- Permanent expulsion from the student campus and striking from the Public Registry at
campus.accrediprouniversity.com/verify. - Registry status permanently published as: "REVOKED FOR MISCONDUCT & VIOLATION OF CODE OF CONDUCT".
- Immediate referral to University legal counsel for tortious interference, commercial defamation, and extortion under state and federal law (including 18 U.S.C. § 1951 - Hobbs Act).
ARTICLE V: BINDING ARBITRATION & GOVERNING JURISDICTION
5.1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
5.2. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to enrollment, tuition, or credential issuance shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, before the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
