• Share your wins: Completed a module? Passed an exam? Celebrate it with the community!
• Ask questions: No question is too basic — we all started somewhere
• Offer support: If you can help a fellow student, do so with kindness
• Share relevant resources: Articles, studies, or professional insights that benefit the group
• Engage with accountability partners: Show up for your pod, check in regularly
• Provide constructive feedback: When giving feedback, be specific, kind, and helpful
• Report concerns: If you see something that violates these guidelines, report it

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are not tolerated in any AccrediPro community space:

3.2 Academic and Intellectual Property Violations

• Sharing exam questions, answers, or assessment content
• Posting or sharing course materials outside the platform
• Copying or redistributing another member's original work
• Plagiarism in any forum post or community submission

3.3 Harmful Content

• Medical advice that exceeds the scope of functional health education
• Promoting unproven treatments as cures or medical interventions
• Misinformation about health conditions, treatments, or medications
• Content that could endanger the health or safety of any individual

3.4 Commercial and Spam Activity

• Unsolicited promotion of products, services, or businesses
• MLM, network marketing, or pyramid scheme recruitment
• Spamming, repeated off-topic posting, or chain messages
• Soliciting members for external platforms or competitors

4. Accountability Pod Rules

AccountabiIity pods are small groups of students who support each other through the program. Pod members are expected to:

• Check in regularly according to your pod's schedule (minimum weekly)
• Be honest about your progress and challenges
• Support, don't judge: Every member is on their own timeline
• Maintain confidentiality: Personal stories and struggles shared in pods are private
• Participate in group activities and discussions when able
• Notify your pod if you need to step away temporarily

5. Reporting and Enforcement

5.1 How to Report

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, you may report it by:

• Using the "Report" feature within the community platform
• Emailing support@accrediprouniversity.com with details and screenshots
• Contacting your designated Success Coach or Pod Mentor

All reports are reviewed confidentially. Reporters are protected from retaliation.

5.2 Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in:

Severe violations (threats, harassment, illegal activity) may result in immediate permanent removal and account termination per our Student Terms.

6. Monitoring and Privacy

AccrediPro University moderates community spaces to ensure compliance with these guidelines. By participating, you acknowledge:

• Community posts and messages may be reviewed by staff or automated systems
• Message counts and participation data are tracked as part of your learning analytics
• Community activity may be referenced as evidence of product usage and engagement in the event of a dispute
• AccrediPro reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines without notice
