Student Terms
Rights, Responsibilities, and Obligations
AccrediPro University — Private International Institution
Applicable to All Enrolled Students
These Student Terms supplement our Terms of Service and apply to all individuals enrolled in any AccrediPro University program, whether through direct purchase, scholarship, bundle, or promotional offer. By enrolling, you agree to these terms in addition to all other applicable policies.
1. Student Rights
1.1 Access Rights
As an enrolled student, you are entitled to:
- Full access to all course materials included in your purchased program
- Lifetime access to course content, subject to the Terms of Service
- Access to community features and accountability groups associated with your program
- AI-powered mentorship and support through our integrated learning system
- Eligibility to sit for Board Examinations upon completion of required coursework
- Issuance of credentials and certificates upon successful completion and examination
1.2 Support Rights
- Timely response to support inquiries (within 24–48 business hours)
- Fair and transparent assessment of all examinations
- Access to exam retake opportunities as outlined in your program terms
- Clear communication about program requirements, deadlines, and changes
1.3 Privacy Rights
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
2. Student Obligations
2.1 Academic Conduct
You agree to:
- Complete all coursework honestly and with personal effort
- Not share exam questions, answers, or assessment content with others
- Not use unauthorized aids during Board Examinations unless explicitly permitted
- Submit only original work for assignments and assessments
- Accurately represent your identity and qualifications
2.2 Account Security
- Single-user access only: Your account is strictly personal and non-transferable
- No credential sharing: Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited
- Password security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- Unauthorized access: You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
2.3 Content Use
- Course materials are licensed for personal educational use only
- You may not record, screenshot, copy, distribute, or share course content
- You may not upload course materials to any public or private platform
- You may not sell, sublicense, or monetize access to AccrediPro materials
- You may reference and cite AccrediPro frameworks in your professional practice with proper attribution
2.4 Community Conduct
When participating in community features, accountability pods, or group coaching, you are expected to follow our Community Guidelines.
3. Credentials and Certifications
3.1 Credential Issuance
AccrediPro University credentials (CFMP™, AFMP™, MFMP™, FAFM™, and specialty certifications) are issued upon:
- Completion of 100% of required coursework within the enrolled program
- Passing the applicable Board Live Examination with the required minimum score
- Compliance with all terms in this Agreement and the Credential Terms
- Full payment of all program fees (no outstanding balances)
3.2 Authorized Credential Use
- Display your credential designation after your name in professional contexts (e.g., "Jane Doe, CFMP™")
- Reference your APU credential on your resume, website, LinkedIn, and professional materials
- Use the AccrediPro University badge as provided (without modification)
3.3 Prohibited Credential Use
- Claiming credentials you have not earned or that have been revoked
- Misrepresenting the nature, scope, or authority of AccrediPro credentials
- Using credentials to imply medical licensure, diagnosis authority, or prescribing rights
- Modifying, altering, or creating counterfeit certificates or badges
- Transferring or selling your credential to another individual
3.4 Credential Revocation
AccrediPro University reserves the right to revoke any credential for: academic dishonesty, misrepresentation of credentials, violation of these terms, initiating a fraudulent chargeback, or conduct that brings the institution into disrepute. Revocation decisions may be appealed within 30 days by contacting registrar@accrediprouniversity.com.
4. Activity Monitoring and Evidence Collection
By enrolling, you expressly consent to AccrediPro University collecting and retaining the following data for educational delivery, quality assurance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes:
- Access logs: Login timestamps, IP addresses, device information, browser type
- Learning analytics: Lesson views, module completion, video watch time, assessment scores
- Examination data: Exam attempts, scores, pass/fail status, timestamps
- Community activity: Pod participation, mentorship interactions, message counts
- Resource usage: Downloads, material access, certificate generation
- Payment records: Transaction amounts, card details (last 4 digits), payment IP
- Communication records: Email delivery/open status, support tickets, chat logs
Important: This data constitutes prima facie evidence of product delivery and usage. In the event of a payment dispute, AccrediPro University will present this evidence to payment processors, financial institutions, and arbitration bodies.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination, credential revocation, and/or legal action:
- Sharing your account login credentials with any person
- Accessing the platform from simultaneous sessions deemed inconsistent with single-user access
- Recording, screenshotting, or duplicating video lectures or course materials
- Distributing course content through any channel (social media, file sharing, email)
- Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or download content
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or alter any platform technology
- Submitting work completed by another person or AI as your own on assessments
- Harassing, bullying, or threatening other students, staff, or faculty
- Filing fraudulent chargebacks after receiving and using course access
- Making defamatory public statements about AccrediPro University or its faculty
6. Scope of Practice
AccrediPro University credentials certify competency in integrative and functional health education. Credential holders must:
- Practice within the legal scope permitted by their jurisdiction and professional licensure
- Not use AccrediPro credentials to diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide medical advice unless independently licensed to do so
- Clearly communicate to clients that their role is educational and wellness-oriented, not medical
- Maintain appropriate professional liability insurance where required by law
- Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international regulations
7. Disciplinary Procedures
7.1 Investigation
If AccrediPro University becomes aware of a potential violation of these terms, we may initiate an investigation. During the investigation, your access may be temporarily suspended.
7.2 Sanctions
Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, sanctions may include:
- Written warning with corrective action requirements
- Temporary suspension of platform access (7–30 days)
- Permanent account termination without refund
- Credential revocation and removal from the practitioner directory
- Legal action for intellectual property violations, fraud, or defamation
7.3 Appeals
You may appeal any disciplinary decision within 14 days by emailing registrar@accrediprouniversity.com with "Student Appeal" in the subject line. Appeals are reviewed by the Academic Board within 30 business days.
8. General Provisions
8.1 Relationship to Other Policies
These Student Terms are incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail. These terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Credential Terms, and Academic Integrity Policy.
8.2 Modifications
AccrediPro University reserves the right to modify these Student Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued enrollment and use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8.3 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, consistent with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms of Service.
