Our Commitment to Academic Excellence
AccrediPro University credentials represent verified competency in integrative and functional health. The integrity of these credentials depends on every student's commitment to honest, independent scholarship. This policy defines what academic integrity means, what constitutes a violation, and the consequences of misconduct.
1. Definition of Academic Integrity
Academic integrity is the foundation of all AccrediPro University credentials. It means:
- Honesty: Presenting only your own work and knowledge in all assessments

- Do not screenshot or record your results for sharing purposes
- You may share that you passed or earned a credential — just not exam content
4. Detection and Monitoring
AccrediPro University employs multiple methods to detect and investigate potential academic integrity violations:
- Exam analytics: Time-per-question analysis, answer pattern detection, abnormal completion speeds
- IP and device monitoring: Detection of multiple simultaneous sessions, unusual location patterns
- Content similarity checking: Comparison of assignment submissions against known sources
- Behavioral analysis: Unusual navigation patterns during assessments (tab switching, copy-paste detection)
- Community monitoring: Detection of shared exam content in pods, forums, or messages
Transparency Notice: All monitoring data is collected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and may be used as evidence in academic integrity investigations and payment dispute proceedings.
5. Consequences of Violations
The severity of sanctions is proportional to the nature and frequency of the violation:
Level 1 — Minor Violation (First Offense)
- Written warning documenting the violation
- Required to retake the affected assessment
- Mandatory review of this Academic Integrity Policy
- Incident recorded in your student file
Level 2 — Serious Violation or Repeat Offense
- Failing grade on the affected assessment with no retake opportunity
- Temporary suspension of platform access (14–30 days)
- Removal from accountability pod
- Formal incident report filed with the Academic Board
Level 3 — Severe Violation

Exam content sharing and credential fraud are always treated as Level 3 violations.
6. Investigation and Appeals
6.1 Investigation Process
- A suspected violation is reported or detected by monitoring systems
- The Academic Board initiates an investigation and gathers evidence
- The student is notified in writing and given an opportunity to respond within 7 business days
- The Academic Board reviews all evidence and the student's response
- A determination is made and the student is notified of the outcome and sanctions
6.2 Appeals Process

- Providing a detailed written statement explaining the basis for the appeal
