INSTITUTIONAL PRIVACY & DATA SECURITY STATUTE
AccrediPro University ("University") enforces strict global privacy protocols governing student records, educational telemetry, credit card processor logging, and public credential registries under US Federal privacy statutes, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
ARTICLE I: SCOPE OF PRIVACY GOVERNANCE
1.1. This Privacy Policy applies to all websites, student portals, learning management systems, and public credential verification registries operated by AccrediPro University, including accrediprouniversity.com and campus.accrediprouniversity.com.
ARTICLE II: CATEGORIES OF DATA COLLECTED
2.1. Identity & Enrollment Data: Student legal name, contact email, mailing address, and government identification submitted for board licensing.
2.2. Security & Session Telemetry: IP address, device fingerprints, browser user-agent, and session timestamps collected to verify access authenticity and satisfy Visa CE 3.0 dispute defense rules.
2.3. Financial Transactions: Payments are processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant merchant partners (Stripe / Commas). Raw card data is never stored on University servers.
ARTICLE III: PUBLIC CREDENTIAL VERIFICATION DISCLOSURE
3.1. Enrolled practitioners explicitly authorize the public disclosure of their legal name, granted professional title (RP, FAPU, Provider), license number, issue date, and active standing in the University Public Registry at campus.accrediprouniversity.com/verify and /alumni.
