Office of the Registrar
What the University confers, this office records.
The Office of the Registrar keeps the University's permanent academic record: enrolments, examinations passed, and every credential conferred. The register exists so that a claim made on a résumé can be checked against an entry made by this office.
The Credential Register
Every credential is entered. Every entry can be checked.
When a credential is conferred, the Registrar enters it in the University register under a unique credential number, together with the holder's name, the programme of study, and the date of conferral. No credential is issued outside the register, and none is entered before the examination behind it has been passed.
The register is open. An employer, a client, or an insurer may look up any credential number and receive the entry as this office holds it — without an account, and without asking the holder's permission.
Machine-Verifiable
Credentials that verify themselves.
Alongside the printed document, each credential is issued as an Open Badges 2.0 assertion — an open, machine-readable standard for verifiable credentials. The assertion names the issuer, the credential, and the holder, and it can be read and confirmed by any system that speaks the standard: an HR platform, a professional directory, a licensing body.
In practice this means a credential can be confirmed by software in seconds, or by a person at the public verification page. Either route reads from the same register.
Transcripts & Records
Your record, on request.
The Registrar holds a record for every student: programmes entered, examinations passed, and credentials conferred. A student — or a graduate, at any later date — may request a transcript of that record, or a re-issue of a credential document, by writing to this office.
Records are released to the student they concern. Where a third party — an employer, an institution — asks after a credential, they are directed to the public register rather than given the file.
How to request a record
- Write to the Registrar from the email address on your student record, stating what you need — a transcript, a re-issued document, or a correction of the personal particulars on file.
- The office confirms your identity against the record before anything is released.
- The document is issued to you directly, drawn from the register as it stands.
The Registrar is reached at registrar@accrediprouniversity.com.
Records Integrity
An entry in the register is not amended by request.
Academic entries change only when an examination result changes them. Corrections of clerical particulars are noted, never silently rewritten. That is what makes the register worth checking: an employer who verifies a credential is reading the same record this office keeps.
