Refund Policy

All sales are final. AccrediPro University does not issue refunds, credits, exchanges, or transfers for any digital certification program, mini-diploma, or bundled program, under any circumstances. Scholarship and financially assisted enrollments are strictly non-refundable.

Last Updated: April 2026

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE once access credentials are delivered. This applies to all program tiers without exception, including full-price, scholarship, and discounted enrollments. No refund window exists for any program category. Digital products are delivered in full at the point of sale. Scholarship enrollments are strictly non-refundable — initiating a refund request may result in liability for the full undiscounted program tuition.

Section 1 — All Sales Are Final

AccrediPro University offers exclusively digital certification programs, mini-diplomas, and bundled educational programs. All such programs are delivered electronically and made fully accessible to the purchaser at the moment the enrollment is confirmed and access credentials are transmitted to the registered email address.

1.1 — Absolute Non-Refundability

All purchases of AccrediPro University programs are final, absolute, and non-refundable. No refund window, cooling-off period, or grace period of any kind exists for any program category, including but not limited to:

  • AFC (Accelerated Foundation Credential) programs
  • Mini-Diploma programs
  • Professional Practitioner Diploma programs
  • Advanced Practitioner Diploma programs
  • Master Practitioner Diploma programs
  • Fellow Practice Diploma programs
  • Bundled and multi-program packages
  • Supplementary materials, toolkits, and add-ons

This policy is consistent with industry standards for digital education and certification products, pursuant to which the delivery of access credentials constitutes full and complete performance of the institution's obligations.

1.2 — Immediate Digital Delivery

Upon completion of payment, the student is granted immediate, full access to all purchased program materials. The transmission of access credentials to the student's registered email address constitutes full and complete delivery. Unlike physical goods, digital educational products:

  • Cannot be returned, as the content is accessible immediately upon purchase
  • Are delivered in their entirety at the point of sale
  • Contain proprietary intellectual property and trade secrets of significant institutional value
  • Represent substantial institutional investment in curriculum development and expert instruction
  • Provide lifetime access that cannot be reclaimed after delivery

1.3 — No Refund Under Any Circumstances

The following circumstances do not entitle the purchaser to any refund, credit, exchange, or transfer, and shall not be considered grounds for a refund request under any circumstances:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse after purchase
  • Lack of time to complete the course or program
  • Dissatisfaction with program content without completing the material
  • Discovery of similar information elsewhere
  • Change in financial or personal circumstances after purchase
  • Failure to access or utilize the course materials
  • Technical issues attributable to the student's device, connection, or browser
  • Change in career goals or professional direction
  • Difficulty with program content or learning pace
  • Programs in which a credential, certificate, or diploma has already been issued
  • Programs completed in full, regardless of student satisfaction
  • All scholarship and financially assisted enrollments — without exception (see Section 4A)

Section 2 — Payment Plan Obligations

If you enrolled using a payment plan, you are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments regardless of whether you access, complete, or derive satisfaction from the program.

Failure to complete payment plan obligations may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of course access
  • Full remaining balance becoming immediately due and payable
  • Late fees and collection costs being added to the outstanding balance
  • Referral of the account to a collections agency
  • Reporting to credit bureaus

Section 3 — Certificate Issuance & Permanent Extinguishment of Refund Rights

AccrediPro University's learning management system automatically generates and issues digital certificates, credentials, and diplomas upon course completion or upon the student's satisfaction of applicable academic requirements. The issuance of any such credential operates as an independent and permanent bar to any refund request.

3.1 — Automatic Certificate Generation

Certificates, credentials, diplomas, and digital badges are generated automatically by the AccrediPro University platform upon completion of any module, course, or program. The student need not request issuance. Upon generation, the credential is permanently recorded in the AccrediPro University registry and made publicly verifiable.

Once any certificate, credential, diploma, or digital badge has been generated and/or issued — regardless of whether the student has downloaded, claimed, or acknowledged it — all refund rights are permanently and irrevocably extinguished. This extinguishment is absolute and is not subject to any exception, discretionary review, or override.

3.2 — Partial Completion

Completion of any portion of a program — including but not limited to accessing any lesson, submitting any quiz, completing any module, or attending any coaching session — constitutes partial performance of the educational services and independently extinguishes any right to a full or partial refund. The student's access to and consumption of any program content, however limited, constitutes receipt of educational services that cannot be returned or reversed.

Section 3B — Fraudulent Disputes & Immediate Legal Action

Bad-Faith Chargebacks Constitute Federal Fraud — Legal Action Is Immediate

By completing a purchase on the AccrediPro University platform, the student irrevocably acknowledges and agrees that initiating any fraudulent, bad-faith, or unauthorized payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal after receiving access to course materials constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may constitute criminal fraud under applicable federal and state law.

3B.1 — Federal and State Statutory Violations

A fraudulent or bad-faith payment dispute filed after digital delivery of course materials may constitute a violation of one or more of the following federal and state statutes, each of which carries substantial civil and criminal penalties:

  • Wire Fraud — 18 U.S.C. § 1343: Using electronic communications to obtain money or property by false pretenses. Each fraudulent communication constitutes a separate federal felony punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment.
  • Computer Fraud and Abuse Act — 18 U.S.C. § 1030: Unauthorized or fraudulent access to and interference with computer systems used in interstate commerce, including digital learning management systems.
  • Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act — Fla. Stat. § 501.204: Unfair or deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of commerce, including fraudulent reversal of legitimate digital transactions. Provides for actual damages, attorney's fees, and injunctive relief.
  • Florida Civil Theft Statute — Fla. Stat. § 772.11: Civil cause of action for theft, permitting recovery of treble damages (three times the actual damages) plus attorney's fees and court costs.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer Act violations and applicable payment processor fraud rules.

3B.2 — Immediate Remedies Pursued by AccrediPro University

Upon detection of any fraudulent, bad-faith, or unauthorized dispute, AccrediPro University will immediately and without further notice pursue all available legal remedies, including:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of all account access across all AccrediPro University platforms, with no right of reinstatement
  • Permanent revocation of all certificates, credentials, diplomas, and digital badges issued, with removal from the public verification registry
  • Vigorous contestation of the chargeback with the payment processor, including submission of all enrollment records, delivery confirmation, IP access logs, content consumption analytics, and contractual acceptance documentation
  • Recovery of the full undiscounted program tuition as liquidated damages, plus all payment processor fees, chargeback fees, and costs of collection
  • Recovery of all attorney's fees and legal costs pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 501.2105 and applicable contract law
  • Reporting to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and applicable state consumer protection agencies
  • Reporting to credit bureaus and fraud prevention databases used by educational institutions and financial service providers
  • Referral to federal and state law enforcement for investigation under 18 U.S.C. § 1343, 18 U.S.C. § 1030, and applicable state fraud statutes
  • Permanent ban from all current and future AccrediPro University programs and services
  • Civil action in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida for breach of contract, fraud, unjust enrichment, and all other available causes of action

3B.3 — Contractual Acknowledgment

This section is not a threat — it is a binding contractual obligation entered into by the student at the moment of purchase. AccrediPro University maintains comprehensive, timestamped records of every enrollment, delivery confirmation, login event, content access event, and acceptance of terms at checkout. These records constitute prima facie evidence of delivery and the student's receipt of the purchased educational services in any legal, arbitral, or administrative proceeding. The student's consent to jurisdiction in the State of Florida is a material term of this Agreement. This section operates in conjunction with Article VI of the Terms of Service and is incorporated therein by reference.

Section 4A — Scholarship & Financially Assisted Enrollments

Scholarship Enrollments Are Non-Refundable Under All Circumstances — No Exceptions

Students who enroll through the Pay-What-You-Can (PWYC) Scholarship Program, institutional merit scholarships, promotional awards, or any other discounted or subsidized arrangement acknowledge and irrevocably agree to the following:

4A.1 — Final Sale

All scholarship and financially assisted enrollments are final, absolute, and non-refundable. No cooling-off period, no grace period, no exception applies. This finality takes effect at the moment the enrollment is confirmed and access credentials are transmitted.

4A.2 — No Refund, No Credit, No Transfer

Scholarship pricing represents the student's reduced contribution toward the full program cost. AccrediPro University absorbs the balance as an institutional investment in the student's education. No refund, credit note, program transfer, or deferral shall be issued for any scholarship enrollment under any circumstances, including but not limited to: change of mind, personal emergency, financial hardship, or dissatisfaction with program content.

4A.3 — Student Acknowledgment

By accepting a scholarship enrollment, the student expressly acknowledges: (i) the scholarship constitutes an institutional grant of significant monetary value; (ii) the 30-Day Certification Guarantee does not apply to scholarship or discounted enrollments; (iii) any refund request, regardless of basis, is contractually waived at the time of enrollment confirmation.

4A.4 — Chargeback Consequences

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback on a scholarship enrollment constitutes an act of financial fraud against the institution. AccrediPro University will: (i) immediately terminate all account access and revoke all credentials issued; (ii) contest the chargeback in full and present all evidence of enrollment, delivery, and institutional investment; (iii) pursue recovery of the full undiscounted program tuition representing the total institutional investment made on the student's behalf; (iv) permanently ban the student from all current and future AccrediPro University programs; and (v) report the incident to applicable fraud prevention and educational institution registries.

4A.5 — Policy Alignment

This section operates in conjunction with Article IV-A of the AccrediPro University Terms of Service and is incorporated therein by reference. In the event of conflict, the more restrictive provision shall govern.

Rationale: When AccrediPro University awards a scholarship, the University absorbs the difference between the student's contribution and the full program cost as a direct institutional investment. The University has committed institutional funds equal to the difference between the full program tuition and the scholarship-adjusted tuition paid by the student. These institutional funds are irrevocably committed upon enrollment and cannot be recovered. Refund requests on scholarship enrollments materially undermine this investment and are therefore irrevocably waived at the time of enrollment confirmation.

Scholarship Award Notice

  • ·Scholarship values may vary based on available seats, cohort capacity, institutional funding allocation, and academic period. Scholarship awards are not guaranteed to be available at any given time.
  • ·Scholarship pricing is subject to change without prior notice. The scholarship amount awarded at the time of enrollment applies to that enrollment only and does not establish any precedent for future awards.
  • ·For questions regarding scholarship eligibility, award amounts, or institutional funding, contact: scholarships@accrediprouniversity.com

Section 5 — Disputes & Chargebacks

AccrediPro University operates in full compliance with all payment processor terms and applicable consumer protection regulations. Students are strongly encouraged to contact the institution directly at registrar@accrediprouniversity.com before initiating any payment dispute with their bank or card issuer. Direct communication resolves the vast majority of billing concerns within 24–48 business hours.

Any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal filed after access credentials have been delivered constitutes a breach of this Agreement. For the full scope of legal consequences, including applicable federal and state statutes and the University's immediate enforcement remedies, refer to Section 3B of this Policy. In addition to the remedies set forth in Section 3B, unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension, permanent revocation of all credentials and removal from the AccrediPro University practitioner directory. The University vigorously contests all chargebacks and maintains comprehensive, timestamped records of enrollment, delivery, login history, content access, and contractual acceptance.

Section 6 — Program Cancellations by the University

In the rare event that AccrediPro University discontinues a program prior to a student's completion, the student will be offered enrollment in an equivalent program at no additional cost. If no equivalent program is available, a prorated institutional credit will be issued for the unused portion of the program, applicable to any other AccrediPro University program within twelve (12) months. Cash refunds in such circumstances are issued at the University's sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

This section does not apply to curriculum updates, content revisions, or delivery format changes, which are part of the University's ongoing commitment to evidence-based education.
