Clear, fair, and transparent. Our refund policy is structured by program tier to reflect the value and access provided.
Mini Master Programs
$7 – $27 48 hours windowEligibility Conditions
- Refund available within 48 hours of purchase
- No coursework may have been completed beyond Module 1
- Exam may not have been attempted
- One refund per student per program
Note: Due to the low cost and immediate access to digital curriculum, refunds outside the 48-hour window are not available.
Professional Certification Programs
$497 – $1,997 14 days windowEligibility Conditions
- Refund available within 14 days of enrollment
- Less than 25% of curriculum may have been accessed
- No certification exam may have been submitted
- Refund applies to tuition only — processing fees are non-refundable
Note: Partial refunds may be considered for students who have accessed 25–50% of curriculum within the 14-day window, at the discretion of the Academic Office.
Advanced & Bundled Programs
$2,997+ 30 days windowEligibility Conditions
- Refund available within 30 days of enrollment
- Less than 15% of total curriculum may have been accessed
- No credentials may have been issued
- Mentorship or coaching sessions may not have been utilized
- Refund applies to tuition only — processing fees are non-refundable
Note: Payment plans: if a refund is approved, remaining installments are canceled. Amounts already processed will be refunded minus any applicable fees.
How to Request a Refund
Email Your Request
Send an email to refunds@accrediprouniversity.com with your full name, email address, program name, and enrollment date.
Review Period
Our Student Finance team will review your request within 3–5 business days and may request additional information.
Decision & Processing
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive confirmation via email.
Non-Refundable Items
- Programs where the credential/certificate has already been issued
- Payment processing fees (Stripe/PayPal transaction fees)
- Requests made outside the applicable refund window
- Programs completed in full, regardless of satisfaction
- Scholarship or promotional pricing — unless otherwise stated in scholarship terms
Disputes & Chargebacks
AccrediPro University operates in full compliance with all payment processor terms. We strongly encourage students to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider.
Unresolved disputes may result in account suspension and inability to enroll in future programs. We are committed to resolving all refund requests fairly and promptly.
