Institutional Refund & Tuition Cancellation Policy

BINDING MERCHANT CONTRACT & TUITION NON-REFUNDABILITY STATUTE

PLEASE READ THIS INSTITUTIONAL STATUTE CAREFULLY BEFORE ENROLLING IN ANY ACADEMIC COLLEGE OR PURCHASING BOARD CREDENTIALS.

By purchasing tuition, enrolling in an academic program, subscribing to an All-Access College Pass, or applying for board registration through AccrediPro University ("University"), you ("Student", "Practitioner", or "Purchaser") execute a legally binding commercial contract governed under United States law, Federal Trade Commission (FTC) electronic commerce regulations, and Visa/Mastercard merchant compliance rules. All payments represent immediate digital content provisioning and public credential registry activation. All fees are final and non-refundable upon access, subject exclusively to the Certified Medical Emergency Protocol set forth in Article V.

ARTICLE I: INSTITUTIONAL AUTHORITY & ELECTRONIC COMMERCE GOVERNANCE

1.1. AccrediPro University operates as an independent international professional-education institution delivering specialized health, clinical, and coaching credentials.

1.2. Digital contract execution occurs at the moment of payment receipt pursuant to US Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) § 2-206 and 16 C.F.R. Part 435 (FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule). Because digital educational content, proprietary syllabi, legal intake suites, and public registry entries are provisioned immediately upon order confirmation via campus.accrediprouniversity.com, performance is legally executed at checkout.

1.3. You acknowledge that access to or download of any portion of University syllabi, legal intake templates, examination modules, or dynamic web badges constitutes full consumption of the digital service.

ARTICLE II: STATUTORY NON-REFUNDABILITY MANDATE

2.1. Except as explicitly provided in Article V below, all payments made to AccrediPro University are strictly **FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, AND NON-TRANSFERABLE**.

2.2. Non-refundability applies universally across all circumstances, including but not limited to: buyer's remorse, financial hardship, changes in career trajectory, lack of study time, non-completion of coursework, or failure to utilize public registry benefits.

ARTICLE III: SPECIFIC PRICING TIERS & FEE SCHEDULE

The non-refundability mandate governs all University offerings, including:

Monthly All-Access Pass ($49/month): Recurring digital tuition for individual college access.
Annual All-Access Pass ($397/year): Discounted annual tuition for 12 months of full catalog study.
Level I Registered Practitioner Dues ($197/year): Board registry listing and live dynamic web seal issuance.
Level II Senior Board Fellow Dues ($497/year): Honorary fellowship, FAPU post-nominal title, and physical plaque.
Level III Approved Provider Accreditations ($697–$2,497/year): B2B academy syllabus audit and co-branded diploma licensing.

ARTICLE IV: AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL & CANCELLATION PROTOCOLS

4.1. Recurring passes automatically renew on their scheduled anniversary date to ensure uninterrupted public registry status, active dynamic seal rendering, and CEU credit maintenance.

4.2. Students may cancel future automatic renewals at any time directly inside their student portal settings or by notifying info@accrediprouniversity.com at least three (3) business days prior to the billing date. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not grant a refund for prior billing periods.

ARTICLE V: CERTIFIED MEDICAL EMERGENCY PROTOCOL (SOLE EXEMPTION)SOLE EXEMPTION

5.1. Refund petitions are evaluated EXCLUSIVELY under severe, unforeseen medical emergencies or incapacitating force majeure events that prevent educational participation.

5.2. To qualify for a medical refund exemption, the student must strictly satisfy all of the following conditions:

Submit a formal written petition to info@accrediprouniversity.com within fourteen (14) calendar days of original purchase.
Attach official medical certification executed by a licensed Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) certifying severe medical incapacity.
Have consumed less than ten percent (10%) of the enrolled curriculum and zero downloads of practitioner legal intake suites.

Approved medical refunds are subject to a $50 administrative processing fee.

ARTICLE VI: VISA COMPELLING EVIDENCE 3.0 & MERCHANT DISPUTE FRAMEWORK

6.1. AccrediPro University complies strictly with Visa Compelling Evidence 3.0 (CE 3.0) and Mastercard dispute defense rules. In the event of a credit card chargeback (e.g. Reason Code 10.4 Fraudulent Charge, or Reason Code 13.1 Services Not Rendered), the University automatically submits an official dispute packet containing:

IP address, device fingerprint, and geo-location telemetry recorded at checkout and portal logins.
Click-wrap contract audit logs proving pre-checkout agreement to these Terms.
Timestamps of curriculum access, dynamic seal generation, and public registry issuance.
Full administrative email records between the student and University staff.

ARTICLE VII: ANTI-EXTORTION RULES, REVIEW BLACKMAIL & CREDENTIAL REVOCATION

7.1. Prohibition of Extortive Threats: Threatening false credit card chargebacks, bad-faith payment disputes, or extortionate negative reviews as leverage to force unearned refunds or bypass certified medical exception requirements is strictly prohibited under the Academic Code of Conduct.

7.2. Automatic Revocation & Legal Referral: Any student or applicant who engages in extortionate chargeback threats, harassment of University staff, or bad-faith dispute filings will face immediate sanctions:

All granted board credentials, post-nominal designations (RP, FAPU), and certificates are immediately revoked.
The practitioner's record on the Public Registry at campus.accrediprouniversity.com/verify is permanently updated to: "REVOKED FOR ETHICAL VIOLATION & EXTORTIVE DISPUTE THREATS".
Embedded dynamic web seals will display an active license revocation notice.
Unpaid balances and extortive damages will be referred to legal counsel and collection agencies (pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1951 - Hobbs Act).

ARTICLE VIII: MANDATORY PRE-ARBITRATION & JURISDICTION

8.1. All claims, controversies, or disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in New York, NY, before the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
