What to include

Tell us your name, the email used for your enrollment, the course or service involved and what happened. If you see an error, include its wording or a screenshot with private information removed. Never send your password.

Follow your request

After a successful submission, the form shows your support request number. Keep that reference and use the secure link delivered to your email to read or continue the conversation. Keep that link private.
