The Dual-Review Rule
Every programme. Two clinicians.
Each programme in the catalogue is reviewed by at least two members of the Board: a primary reviewer who is a specialist in the programme's domain, and a co-reviewer drawn from a complementary discipline.
The primary reviewer answers for clinical accuracy and safety; the co-reviewer cross-examines the same material from outside the domain, so that no curriculum is approved from a single point of view.
